KiriTTS Terms of Service

These KiriTTS Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you (“you” or “your”) and KiriTTS (“KiriTTS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Services in any way, by completing the account registration process, or by browsing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to your access to and use of KiriTTS’s website, services, and products, including text-to-speech, voice cloning, AI media editing, background noise removal tools, and API services (collectively, the “Services”).

IF YOU SUBSCRIBE TO ANY FEATURE OR FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SERVICES FOR A TERM, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR ADDITIONAL PERIODS OF THE SAME DURATION UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FROM YOUR PROFILE SECTION.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates when these Terms were last changed. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Usage Measurement

Usage is measured in minutes, including text-to-speech generation, voice cloning, and noise removal. Monthly limits reset on the 1st of every month.

Overage Policy

If you reach your limit, generation stops until the next reset. No overage fees apply.

API Access

Text-to-speech is available through API on eligible plans.

3. Content and Voice Models

Your Content Rights

You retain all rights to audio and content you create using our Services. KiriTTS does not claim ownership.

Voice Cloning

You must ensure you have legal rights and permissions to clone any voice. You are solely responsible for the legality of content and voice data you submit.

Content Restrictions

You may not generate:

Paid plans include full commercial usage rights for videos, podcasts, ads, client work, and other business applications.

4. Payment and Billing

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your profile.

Payment Authorization

You authorize charges to your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

Billing Cycles

Monthly subscriptions bill monthly; annual subscriptions bill yearly. Billing occurs on the 1st of the month or your signup anniversary date.

Studio Max Rollover

Unused minutes roll over monthly for Studio Max subscribers.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans.

No Refunds on Renewals

Renewal payments are non-refundable. Cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

Cancellation Process

You may cancel anytime via your profile. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

Account Closure

Termination results in forfeiture of unused minutes and credits.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

KiriTTS retains all rights to its software, technology, systems, and voice models. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our technology.

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services per your chosen plan.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cambodia.
